About the Role

Bluebell Wood is recruiting NMC Registered Nurses to join its dedicated multidisciplinary care team. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced nurses, nursing associates, care support workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based, family-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Staff Nurse, you will play an important role in providing high-quality paediatric palliative care by:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans.
• Delivering holistic, evidence-based nursing care for babies, children, and young people with complex healthcare needs.
• Developing advance care plans in partnership with families and the multidisciplinary team.
• Providing clinical leadership during shifts and supporting the safe running of the clinical area.
• Supervising Nursing Associates, students, and newly qualified staff.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring high standards of patient safety.
• Supporting hospice care as well as occasional community-based care when required.
