InHealth Group is recruiting Lung Cancer Screening Nurses to support its expanding screening programme across Surrey and Sussex, including locations such as:

  • Brighton

  • Hastings

The role involves working across modern mobile screening units and community locations, helping detect lung cancer and respiratory diseases at an early stage.

Working Pattern

  • 36 hours per week
  • Three 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
  • Seven-day service, including weekends and bank holidays

Key Responsibilities

As a Lung Cancer Screening Nurse, you will:

  • Conduct virtual and face-to-face nurse-led clinics.
  • Assess patients’ lung cancer risk.
  • Refer high-risk patients for Low-Dose CT scans.
  • Perform respiratory assessments.
  • Deliver smoking cessation advice and health education.
  • Identify safeguarding concerns and medical emergencies.
  • Maintain professional competencies, including IRMER and spirometry accreditation where required.
