Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring medical staffing services run smoothly by:

  • Coordinating junior doctor and medical staff rotas
  • Managing annual leave, study leave, sickness, and special leave
  • Supporting medical workforce planning
  • Arranging locum cover when required
