About the Role
As a Community Nursing Triage Nurse, you will remotely assess referrals and telephone calls received by the North Alliance Locality Access Point (LAP) Service. Using your clinical judgement and community nursing expertise, you will ensure patients receive the right care at the right time.
Although the role is primarily telephone-based, occasional community visits are required to maintain clinical skills and provide direct patient care when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

The service operates seven days a week with rotating shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
